A message from the CEO |
Interstate Decorative Concrete Designs, Corp. is a family
owned business based out of Massachusetts. My brother,
Marcus R. Brito, Chief Operations Officer, and I started
the company with the intent of being the best decorative
concrete contractor in the New England area. Our primary
objective is to maintain the highest level of customer
satisfaction. In order to accomplish this, we understand
that we must provide an exceptional product at an affordable
price.
I will continue to work hard in the front office to keep
our costs low in order to guarantee a competitive price.
On the job sites, Marcus will continue to work hard to
ensure that every job is completed on schedule and is
of the highest quality.

| If you are a one man show, you just don’t
have the bandwidth to get the job done in a reasonable
amount of time. Just think about it for yourself, if you
wanted to install a new patio in your back yard. How long
it would take to get the permits, remove the sod, level
the site, add any drainage that may be necessary, lay
the forms, order and pour the concrete, add the necessary
admixtures, smooth the concrete, stamp it, add any final
texturing, color or stain the concrete, and add the protective
coatings? Let’s face it, it’s a lot of work
and to do it in three or four days is just not going to
happen. Now look at how the big guys operate and this
is from a testimonial from one of our clients. They had
called another concrete contractor and when the salesman
came over he appeared a bit ticked off, as though this
poor woman who wanted to have a new patio and deck installed
around her pool was wasting his time and he was doing
her a favor by even coming over and looking at this job.

that is unique in the industry, we work a 6 day week,
but we only schedule for 4 days in a week, this may sound
like we’re nuts but this gives us an advantage.

F. and dry one day and rain for the next 3. This creates
a scheduling nightmare, especially for outside work. For
most companies, once one job gets behind, they are behind
for the rest of the season. Because of our unique scheduling

Pool decks are unique animals; no one
